Refund / Returns / Cancellations Policy

We do not want you to accept anything with which you are not completely satisfied.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you receive you may return it within 14 days in the original packaging. You will be fully refunded, including the outward postal charge.

Please note

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• If an item within a set is broken the whole set must be returned.
• All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
• Please ensure all items returned to us are well packaged. 

We can either refund or replace an item with which you are not satisfied.

This special, no-quibble guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Bespoke and Personalised Items

Please note we are unable to accept returns for bespoke or personalised items as these can not be re-sold.
